and to fostering client satisfaction. Therefore, the Hôtel des
Commandants wishes to offer service that will fulfill expectations. That
is why management and employees at the Hôtel des Commandants have a
quality policy that aims to give their clients service that meets their
needs and that fulfills their expectations.
In order to do this, the Hôtel des Commandants adheres to the Québec
tourist trade code of good conduct, subscribes to the mission of the
Association Touristique de la Gaspésie, and complies with and applies
the laws, regulations and standards for quality of service in force in
the hotel trade sectors. In particular, we are committed to complying
with our quality policy.
1) We will
offer you service with a smile all the time, welcoming you with
enthusiasm, courtesy, and interest, surprising you by our good humour.
2) We will
welcome you in French, but can always refer you to someone who speaks
English in our hotel.
3) We will
give you or make available to you at the hotel reception desk clear,
exact, complete and accurate information meeting your needs concerning
our hotel services as well as tourist activities and attractions in the
area.
4) We will
charm you with the quality and cleanliness of our infrastructures.
5) We will
offer you regional products, encouraging the sale and use of products
from regional craftspeople, artists and producers in our kitchen and our
boutique.
6) We will take your comments seriously, as they are important for
improving our client service.
The management at
the Hôtel des Commandants is committed to always improving the
